This policy applies to the Android app Tour de Garde (com.hfc.wave), published on Google
Play by PIXELMORE (Hugo Ferreira).
PIXELMORE does not collect any personal data through Tour de Garde. The app asks for no account, no sign-up, no email address and no phone number. It does not identify you, and we receive nothing from your device: there is no game server.
Your won levels, stars, Écus, Forge upgrades, creatures discovered in the Bestiary and your settings (music, sound effects, vibration, speed, language) are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone, in a local database (Hive). They are sent to no one. If this save file became unreadable, the app keeps a copy of it in that same private space before starting over with a fresh game.
One exception, which depends on you: if Android Backup is enabled on your phone, Android may include this data, like any app's data, in your Google account backup, which we cannot access.
The game works fully offline: playing, your progress and your save never go through the Internet. Only the optional purchase described below goes through Google Play, and so through the network.
The whole campaign can be played without paying anything. The Premium in-app purchase (a one-time purchase, no subscription) unlocks ×5 speed during the assault; it is only offered when you tap the ×5 button or the Premium row in Settings.
This version contains no advertising, no advertising ID, no audience-measurement tool (no Google Analytics, no Firebase), no crash reporting and no third-party tracking library. No data is sold, rented or passed to data brokers.
Distribution through Google Play: for users who have turned on usage and diagnostics sharing on their phone, Google may provide PIXELMORE, in the Play Console, with aggregated statistics (installs, crashes). These statistics come from Google Play, not from the app.
The app uses no sensitive permission: no camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications. It declares:
com.android.vending.BILLING) — for the optional Premium
purchase.android.permission.INTERNET,
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — added by Google Play's billing library for its exchanges with
Google; the game itself does not use them.com.hfc.wave.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION) — added by
AndroidX; it keeps the app's internal messages private. The game's sounds are played from the app's own audio files. If you turn on the Vibration option (off by default), the game vibrates your phone through the system's haptic feedback; this stays local.
Uninstalling the app, or using Android Settings → Apps → Tour de Garde → Storage → Clear data, permanently deletes your progress from the phone. If Android Backup is enabled, a copy may remain in your Google account backup, managed in your phone's backup settings. A Premium purchase stays linked to your Google Play account, which keeps it: “Restore my purchases” finds it again.
Apart from the order information Google Play sends for a Premium purchase, we hold no data that can identify you. Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection; there is nothing to rectify or erase on our side, but you can write to us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Tour de Garde is not directed at children under 13: the audience declared on Google Play starts at 13. We collect no data, and therefore none from a child. If you are a parent or guardian with a question, write to the address below.
If a later version added other optional in-app purchases or optional rewarded ads, this policy would be updated before that version is released, to describe precisely the services involved, the data processed and your choices (including consent). As long as this page does not say so, the game contains none.
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date.
