Memoria — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Version 1.0

No data collection

Memoria does not collect any personal data. The app is a memory game (flip cards over and match them in groups of 2, 3 or 4 identical cards) that requires no account and never identifies the user. Your settings and your progress are stored exclusively on your device, in the app's local Hive database.

No personal data sent to our servers

The app makes no network communication, neither with our servers nor with third parties. No account, no cloud, no synchronization of your information. Card layouts are generated and shuffled locally on the device. The app works 100% offline.

No account required

You do not need to create an account to use Memoria. We do not ask for an email, name, phone number, or any other identifying information.

No advertising, no tracking

The app contains no advertising, no advertising tracking SDKs, no advertising identifier (Advertising ID), no analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), and no user behavior measurement tools.

Local data storage

The only data the app records is stored locally on your device (app built with Flutter, local Hive storage, for Android). This consists of:

This data never leaves your phone and is not linked to any identifier that could recognize you.

Sharing your score

At the end of a game, the “Share” button opens your system share sheet with a short text that only you choose to send: the mode played, your time, your number of moves and your stars. This text contains no personal data, never passes through any server of ours, and you pick the destination app — or cancel. We have no knowledge of the share or its content.

Android permissions

The app requests no sensitive permission: no location, no contacts, no camera, no microphone, no access to your files. Haptic feedback (vibration), if enabled in the settings, is produced locally by your device.

Deleting your data

You stay in full control of your data. You can erase it at any time via Settings → "Reset scores" in the app. Uninstalling the app also permanently deletes all the data it has stored on your device.

Children and privacy (COPPA)

Memoria is designed for all ages (3+), including young children under 13. In accordance with the U.S. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the GDPR, we place particular importance on protecting children's privacy:

If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about your child's privacy, please contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app undergoes major changes. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
