This policy applies to the Android app Machine folle (“Machine folle: Physics Puzzle” on Google Play,
com.hfc.machine_folle), published on Google Play by PIXELMORE (Hugo Ferreira).
PIXELMORE does not collect any personal data through Machine folle. The app asks for no account, no sign-up, no email address and no phone number. It does not identify you and we receive nothing from your device. Two Google services are involved, described below: the (optional) rewarded video ad and the (optional) in-app purchases.
Your completed levels, stars, hints, unlocked purchases and settings are stored only in your phone's private storage. They are sent neither to us, nor to the ad network, nor to any app server — the app has none. One exception, which depends on you: if Android Backup is enabled on your phone, Android may include them, like any app's data, in your Google account backup, which we cannot access.
The game works fully offline. The app connects to the Internet for two purposes only: the rewarded video ad and the Google Play store (in-app purchases). Offline, you play exactly the same; only the video hint and purchases are unavailable.
Machine folle offers one optional rewarded video: it only plays if you tap the button that offers it, in exchange for one free hint per day. No ad is shown without your action: not at launch, not during a level, not on exit.
These ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To show and measure them and to prevent fraud, Google processes: the Android advertising ID and other device identifiers, the IP address (and therefore an approximate location), device information (model, Android version, language), your interactions with ads and diagnostic information. This data may be processed on Google servers outside the European Union. Google acts as an independent controller under its own rules: how Google uses data from partner apps and Google's privacy policy. We receive none of this data: AdMob only shows us totals (videos watched, revenue).
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form is displayed before any ad request. You can accept, decline or choose purpose by purpose. If you decline, the game works the same; Google then serves only non-personalized or limited ads.
You can change your choice at any time: Settings → “Ad choices” reopens the same form where regulations require it. Everywhere, you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Privacy → Ads; the exact label varies by phone).
Hint packs are optional purchases; extra chapters and the pass will be too once they are released. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play: we never see your card, payment method or contact details. The app queries Google Play to display prices in your currency and to confirm your purchases; it keeps the list of unlocked products on the phone so they work offline. See Google's privacy policy.
Apart from the above, there is no audience-measurement tool (no Google Analytics, no Firebase), no crash reporting and no other third-party tracking library. No data is sold, rented or passed to data brokers.
The app uses no sensitive permission: no camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.

Uninstalling the app, or using Android Settings → Apps → Machine folle → Storage → Clear data, permanently deletes your progress from the phone. Your purchases remain tied to your Google Play account and can be restored. If Android Backup is enabled, a copy may remain in your Google account backup, managed in your phone's backup settings. Data processed by Google for advertising is not in our hands: reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings and send your requests to Google.
We hold no data that can identify you. Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Advertising relies, where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland), on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Settings → “Ad choices”. Requests about data processed by Google go to Google; for anything else, write to the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Machine folle is not directed at children under 13: the audience declared on Google Play starts at 13. We collect no data, and therefore none from a child; only the optional rewarded ad and the store go through Google, under its own rules. If you are a parent or guardian with a question, write to the address below.
